First Cut:
Feedback:
The main feedback that I got on my first cut was that the chroma key was a good idea that I had implemented well. Although I should change the background to something more extravagant instead of an empty pitch and an empty room. I will either design my own background or find something online to use as my background instead. The feedback I also received was that the narrative was a little difficult to follow. So instead of just zooming into my actors face, I will fade to black to show we are going to see what he is dreaming. I was also asked to add more people to the narrative although I think doing that will disrupt the narrative more than having 1 character for the viewer to focus on and also to show the app that the characters class would be on. So I will have a shot of my actor using Microsoft Teams on his iPad.
Second cut
The main feedback that I got on my second cut was to change up the dream sequence since having my actor play football had no correlation to the rest of the video or even the title of the song. I also added some TOS to the dream sequence to make the video feel more dreamlike by making the text seem like a foggy piece of glass. I also made the dream sequence a little more shiny to distinguish itself from rest of the video. I also added a little bit more of my actor using his device to show his realization of how long he had been asleep for.
