Wednesday, Mar 2 - Saturday, Mar 5: Over these 3 days I was designing the main blue character. This took a while since the duck song style that I was going for wasn't easy to recreate in PowerPoint. Over this time I also worked on the backgrounds for the video like the library, the book, the conference room, etc. I created the base look for those. I wasn't able to finish the character but I did finish most of the backgrounds.

Sunday, Mar 6 - Wednesday, Mar 9: I finalized the design for my main character and fixed up some of the backgrounds that I created. I also worked on the different limb positions I would

need the main character to be in since I would make them dance and move around. Look of the final main character and all of the different limbic movements required for the animation

Wednesday, Mar 16 - Saturday, Mar 19: I worked on the rest of the character models and the different positions they need to be in for their animations. The main ones that I focused on were the family and the business man since the main character was ready by the 17th of march. Since I had spent so long on making the main character, it was a lot easier to make the rest of them since I had worked on the hand drawn aesthetic for a long time. I got the base models for the family by the 19th and I started woking on the rest

Sunday, Mar 20 - Thursday, Mar 24: I spent a lot of this time putting the characters into the animation itself and screenshotting the frames to then edit them together. I did also go back and rework some of the backgrounds again.

April 20th - April 24nd : On the 20th I was working on the conference scene and the character of the business man. Initially, I had the business man drawn out as well. I thought that since he's a formal character and is different to the rest of the character in the music video, I would've been able to make his character out of shapes like the backgrounds. I animated him on the 21st. I also redesigned the introduction banner and on the 21st since I thought it would've been a little more difficult for the younger audience to read the text. the 22nd till the 24th I was editing the end dancing sequence. I had to animate the colors of the background first to cut to the beat of the song. Since i already had the dancing animations created, I needed to only need place them into the video. This took several days since the sequence is, around 30 seconds long and I need to alternate each characters dancing pose. Each character had 2 dancing positions from when I previously created them. I also spent these few days on putting in lyrics. I used speech bubbles, banners and even regular text-on-screen for this. The image below shows the the total number of layers or frames I had in this video
