The World Health Organisation (WHO) sponsors World Health Day which is a global health awareness day celebrated on the 7th April every year. World Health Day is given a different theme each year and the WHO, organises international, regional and local events on the day related to the chosen theme. They have asked you to produce a short documentary in response to one of the themes that have been explored on World Health Day that celebrates the success of the day. The primary target audience is for young people from the ages of 15-25. The aim is to encourage young people to get involved in future World Health Day activities.
1)
My initial idea
I will explain what world health day is for about 2 minutes and then for the rest of the documentary I will be explaining food safety. So I will explain the significance of world health day and what they have done on past world health days. I will then cook something really simple so that I can fit it in 4-5 mins and instead of it being more like a cooking show it will be more like me explaining how to make sure how the food that is cooked is safe to eat or not. I will use something simple like eggs or noodles as that's probably what a 15-25 year old would cook for themselves if they are hungry.

My mood board as it can help show what I was trying to make my documentary like
